Threaded Flanges
As Ankay Bukum, we manufacture flanges in accordance with TS, EN and ANSI standards. We produce in all pressure classes from PN6 to PN40 in threaded, flat and loose flange types.
Threaded Flanges
Threaded flange manufacturing for pipes is preferred in low and medium pressure systems requiring threaded connections. It provides ease of installation without the need for welding. Produced in compliance with TS 814 and EN 1092 standards for reliable and standardized connections.
Flat Flanges
We produce flat flanges in PN6, PN10, PN16, PN25 and PN40 pressure classes. Manufacturing is available in welding neck and slip-on types. This is the most commonly used flange type in pipeline systems. The gasket surface is produced as raised face (RF) as standard for optimal sealing performance.
Backed Loose Flanges
Backed loose flanges manufactured in compliance with TS 814/1 standard are produced in PN10, PN16, PN25 and PN40 pressure classes. Used together with stub-ends, their rotatable design on the pipeline facilitates bolt hole alignment. They are especially preferred in systems requiring frequent assembly and disassembly operations.
